Refund and Returns Policy

At KottonCrew, we want you to love what you wear! If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Only exchanges are allowed — we do not accept returns for refunds unless the item is defective.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items to us for exchange.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds are only provided in case of defective or wrong items, and will be issued to the original payment method (except for Cash on Delivery orders).
- COD orders are eligible for store credit only in case of approved returns.
Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7–10 business days for your exchange or refund (if applicable) to be processed.
